2. Handcrafted Nature of Products
Our products are handcrafted by artisans in Colombia. Because each mochila is unique:
Variations: You acknowledge that there may be slight variations in color, weave, pattern, and size compared to the photographs on our website.
Authenticity: These variations are not defects but signs of the authentic handmade process.
3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Pricing and Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
All items purchased from JOYA are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
We ship exclusively from within the United States.
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery ("porch piracy").
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images (including our product photography), and digital downloads, is the property of SERNA-ACEVEDO BRANDS LLC and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall JOYA, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
