Return & REFUNDS Policy

We want you to be completely in love with your unique JOYA piece. Because we utilize Amazon’s fulfillment services, all returns and refunds are managed directly through the Amazon platform for your convenience.

30-Day Return Window: Most items purchased from JOYA can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.

How to Initiate a Return:

Log into your Amazon account.

Go to "Your Orders" and locate your JOYA purchase.

Select "Return or Replace Items" and follow the instructions to print your return label.

Refund Process: Once Amazon receives and processes your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. This typically takes 3–5 business days after the item is received at the fulfillment center.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all JOYA tags and packaging intact.
